Log In / Passwords
On www.tappi.org, your default username is your TAPPI number and your default password is your last name. If you have changed your password and don’t remember it, we’ll be glad to send it to you by email. You can change your username and password at any time by logging in to www.tappi.org with your current username and password, then clicking on the My TAPPI link, and then on the Update Member Record link.
Member Connection—Live Operator Assistance
TAPPI’s Member Connection Center can assist with everything from membership renewals to meeting registrations to questions about the Association. The Member Connection Center operators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at 1-800-332-8686 (US); 1-800-446-9431 (Canada); or +1-770-446-1400 or by email at memberconnection@tappi.org. Receipts for Online Payments
You can print your own receipt for Membership Dues or meeting registrations online once your payment has been processed in our database records. This may take up to 2 or 3 days after the time your payment is received. To acess your receipt login to www.tappi.org with your username and password, click on My TAPPI, click on My Purchases, and choose the link to your receipt.
Searching
Journal Articles
If you’re looking for a particular article and you know which journal and the month and year of publication, select the appropriate journal link under the Publications/Bookstore heading on the left of your screen. Then select "Archived Table of Contents" from the center of the page and then click on the month and year of the article.
Or, you can use the search function. First, type in the journal/magazine name and the year that you are looking for (i.e. "solutions" and "2001") in the keyword Search box at the top right of the page. Or, you can use the Advanced Search function, located just to the right of the Search Box. Click on Advanced Search and then choose the "All Magazines" check box and click Go. In addition, you can narrow your search by topic using the industry segments categories in the second box. You can drill down your search by entering additional keywords in the keyword search box.
