  Established as a community to explore the advancement and application of biorefinery technologies, the Biorefinery Committee holds several conference calls a year. Four new subcommittees have been formed to allow greater focus on specific areas within the biorefinery/bioenergy arena. These committees meet annually at the International Bioenergy and Bioproducts Conference. These committees work to develop the IBBC programming each year. In addition, activities are planned to support the technical and broader industry community as this topic advances.
