Essentials of Market Pulp offers a comprehensive overview of today’s market pulps worldwide. The course is designed for those in sales and marketing, purchasing, product development, process and product development engineering, and technical service representation. You’ll gain a broad understanding of current pulp trends in the global marketplace, understand the unique nature of pulps through the study of a large cross-section of samples from all over the world, and initiate a simple, efficient evaluation process for smart pulp selection.

The overall course objective is to give participants a broad understanding of the nature of market pulps, the trends in the marketplace, a more in-depth understanding of the unique nature of a broad cross-section of these pulps, a simple and effective evaluation process and a structured approach to their selection that will provide substantial benefits when employed.

This course is designed to deliver the most comprehensive overview available of market pulps, worldwide. This course is unique by providing (1) up-to-date information on current market pulp trends, (2) pulp data based on consistent, high-quality testing of 60 market pulps, a representative sample of pulps available in the worldwide market (World of Market Pulp CD Book) and (3) a simple, efficient method of evaluating and selecting pulp. Starting with a broad over-view and basic information, this course provides a simple and clear picture of this area for those new to the pulp and paper industry.
