Become Involved in the Division
The Process Control Division committees provide its members with a forum for technical information exchange, continuing education and professional development. The committees’ mission includes the identification, assessment, and application of state-of-the-art and emerging technologies in its field of interest. Each committee has Subcommittees and/or Task Force Groups to track, assess, and work on the technical definition, issues, and application of new technologies to the pulp and paper manufacturing environment. Further, it gives its members an opportunity to participate in the development of technology guidelines and practices in the areas of Process Control important to members individually and to help the pulp and paper industry as a whole. These committees may sponsor a variety of education offerings including TAPPI PRESS products and offer networking and problem-solving opportunities.
