Updates to TAPPI Standards
The purpose of this web page is to provide information on TAPPI Standards that have been revised or added since the issuance of the most recent set on March 1, 2012. This page will be regularly updated until the next issuance of the set on CD in March 2013.
Whether you have purchased the full set on CD or purchased the full set on a print-on-demand basis, this page will provide you with information on new or revised documents so that you may purchase individual copies of the updates if you wish.
TAPPI Standards are normally updated a minimum of twice a year, following one of the meetings of the Standards Advisory Review Group (SARG). The SARG is the final approval stage on a new or revised method, so groups of revisions will be added to the set following the SARG meetings. Please bookmark this page and return to it periodically to see if updates have occurred.
What is the BEST way to keep current on TAPPI Standards?
The best way to always have the most current set of TAPPI Standards is through our Company License program. Any employees of any company, which has paid an annual fee, can access all TAPPI Standards on line via the web. And the Company License also includes Technical Information Papers (TIPs) -- double the value! Also available is an Individual License for Standards and TIPs.
