Comments:
The South Carolina Forestry Commission commonly conducts
1-to-2 hour forest walks which are scheduled in advance.
Programs are available to all ages, although most often
visitors are school-aged children. SCFC also makes presentations
on forestry to schools, community groups, etc. Also conducts
scout programs and assists with Eagle Scout projects.

Comments:
Limited tours of the mill are given to selected groups for
educational and career path purposes. Tours are usually
for technical classes and teacher groups. Makes presentations
on papermaking, recycling and/or forestry to schools and
community groups. As time and scheduling permits, company
provides information and papermaking kits to employees to
participate in career days, scouts, and other educational
activities.
