RCPE™ was created to be a simple process that can be applied down to the frontline where 80 to 90 percent of problems can be eliminated.

  • Explain and demonstrate the process to others
  • Apply a critical thinking approach to RCPE
  • Collect, organize and effectively present RCPE findings at the plant
  • Correctly implement cost effective problem elimination solutions
