Paper and Packaging Industry Champions Change for Women in the Workforce

The 2nd Annual Women’s Summit, May 9, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN, addresses topics prevalent and integral to working women today and is open to all who support the growth of women in today’s workforce. Organized by the TAPPI Women in Industry Division, the one day Summit will be held in conjunction with PaperCon 2019.

Women and men within the paper and packaging industry will have the opportunity to engage in roundtable discussions on key topics including:

Her presentation, “Looking Through the Lens of Leadership,” addresses how women view themselves, their relationships, and how their ability to contribute can influence their role as a leader. She will explore ways women can “focus their lens” and create a path of clarity, contribution, influence and impact.
