Mativ Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Shruti Singhal, current member of Mativ's Board of Directors, as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective today. Singhal succeeds Julie Schertell, who has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a director.
