Deanna Duram is a Managing Consultant with Trinity Consultants, a firm that provides environmental, health and safety, engineering, and science solutions. Since joining Trinity Consultants more than twenty years ago, she has provided air quality consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on forest product manufacturing. Deanna prides herself on long-term client relationships stemming from her commitment to quality and creating innovative solutions to ensure regulatory compliance with the utmost of operational flexibility.

In addition to her traditional client and staff management responsibilities, Deanna helped develop and presently directs Trinity Consultant’s Women in Leadership (WIL) initiative, focused on ensuring that women receive opportunities for advancement similar to their male colleagues. WIL related initiatives have included development of company-wide training on unconscious bias, implementation of a one-to-one mentoring program and establishment of a Women’s Resource Group (WRG) to facilitate connections amongst company staff through quarterly events and small group interactions. She is also a member of Trinity’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) committee.

Deanna is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia and South Carolina. Deanna is married to another Michigan alumni, Ed Howe, and they are grateful for the adventure of raising their teenage daughter Erin and a pack of pooches in Atlanta. The family enjoys traveling and serving on mission trips together, experimenting in the kitchen with all types of baked goods, and earned second degree black belts in Taekwondo together.
