I ordered an electronic document. How do I access it?

Sign in to tappi.org, go to your User Profile, go to “my electronic documents” tab and select the document title. Click to download.

Can I return/get refund for an electronic document?

No, we do not offer refunds on electronic download documents.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, email purchase orders to memberconnection@tappi.org or fax +1.770-209-7206. Orders will ship 1-2 days after receipt of payment.
