Caroline Youngblood

R&D Engineering Intern at PepsiCo

Caroline Youngblood is a senior at NC State University pursuing dual degrees in Paper Science and Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration. An active TAPPI member since freshman year, she has held three leadership roles, including serving as this year’s chapter president. Caroline has completed internships with Smurfit-WestRock, Procter & Gamble, and PepsiCo, gaining broad industry experience to prepare for her career.
