At the beginning of our careers, we are often presented with a list of criteria that must met to advance in our academic career. These include maintaining high grades, publishing articles, staying consistent in research, participating in exchange programs, attending both international and national conferences, and securing grants. Additionally, we face the ongoing challenge of balancing our personal and professional lives. Expectations, however, vary across cultures, countries, and individuals.
