Kaya Kusmierczuk

Kaya Kusmierczuk is a senior at NC State University studying Paper Science & Engineering and Chemical Engineering. She has been deeply involved in TAPPI, serving as president of her student chapter, and has completed internships with WestRock, Eli Lilly, Suzano, and PCA. Kaya is also active in student government, Engineers Without Borders, and the University Scholars Program, and she is passionate about sustainability and innovation in the paper industry.
