Devin Pearen is a seasoned Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and 14 years of experience in the kraft pulp industry. His expertise spans water treatment, boilers, black liquor evaporators, maintenance facilitation, and operational excellence. Currently, Devin leads a team of engineers as the Manager of Manufacturing Excellence at International Paper, where he drives cost reduction projects to maintain competitiveness and manage rising manufacturing costs.

Matt Kirchner is the Chief Product Officer for asset performance management (APM) at Prometheus Group, a global enterprise asset management (EAM) software provider.
