Jessica Tocco is a junior at Western Michigan University (WMU) studying Paper and Chemical Engineering. She is from Sterling Heights, Michigan. She is a member of WMU's TAPPI Ts'ai Lun Student Chapter and served on the board as the Special Event Director in Fall 2020. She is also a representative on the Student Sustainability Grant Allocations Committee and plays club and intramural sports.
Outside of school, Jessica is a co-owner of a start-up cosmetics business, Kasia Lip Balms, founded in June 2019. She is thankful for the program that she is in because of the wonderful experiences and people she has encountered, and hopes to inspire her peers and future generations to find passion within the paper industry.
